Adored mother of Stephen (Abi Fontaine) and Patricia (Marc) Lafleche. Adored Grandmother of Kristen (Lance) Hodgson, Robyn (Tyler Dunlap), Carolyn (Jesse Balice) and Evan Forget (Océane Trottier). Proud great-grandmother of Benjamin and Peyton Hodgson and Julian and Rylen Dunlap.
She will be missed by her brothers Alex McEachen (late Theresa), John McEachen (Angela) and by her sisters, Sister Mary Harold and Clare Ready (Patrick) along with her in-laws Jacques (Mabel Salmon), Julienne (late Roger and late Robert), and Gisele (late Marcel) Therrien.
She was treasured by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family.
Predeceased by her parents Harold and Rita (O’Neill) McEachen.
Family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) on Thursday June 1, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday June 2, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Peter’s Parish.
As expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Cornwall or to the Canadian Cancer Society, would greatly be appreciated by the family.
