Maria was born on October 20, 1928, in Pantschowa, Yugoslavia, to the late Nicolas Seifert and Maria Wendal.
Resting peacefully alongside her beloved husband Mathew Muller. Loving mother of Henry Muller (Barbara). Cherished grandmother of Johnathan Muller (Sandra), Stephane Muller (Jacynthe), and Lindsey Ann Muller. Proud great-grandmother of Jimmy, Alexia, Nico and Joshua. Predeceased by her son Nick Muller (Tina), and sister Elizabeth Jakob. Missed dearly by her nieces Sonya Hornung (Adam) and Sylvia Miurhead (Steve), and her nephew Arnold Jakob. She will be fondly remembered by the McLean Family.
Maria’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family, but her spirit will live on through the cherished memories she created. She was a source of love, strength, and warmth to all who knew her.
The family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan Funeral Home - East Branch (614 First Street East, Cornwall) on Sunday December 14th, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral homes chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery (540 Cumberland St, Cornwall) in the spring of 2026.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Carefor Hospice Cornwall would be greatly appreciated by the family.
