Alice R. Prine

She is the loving wife to the late Robert S. Prine; beloved mother to Robin (David) Hernandez; proud grandmother to Tanya (Mark) Chyzy, and Bradley (Caitlin) Hernandez; great-grandmother to Lennon and Levi Hernandez; cherished sister to Rebecca Jenkins; and aunt to many.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Clara Wallace; siblings, Bob Wallace, Donald Meranda, George Wallace, Bill Wallace, Thelma Patton, Doris Meranda, and David Wallace; and special cousin, Phyllis Hart.

She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by all who loved her.

Visitation will be Friday, December 1, 2023 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. Visitation will resume at 10:00 am until the time of her Funeral Service at 11:00 am at Life Sanctuary Church, 1640 West 93rd Avenue, Merrillville, IN. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
