Anthony “Tony” De Rosa, age 86, of Portage, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Morgan; three sons, David (Jackie) De Rosa, Terrence De Rosa and Mark (Linda McCarthy) De Rosa; grandchildren, Nicole and Christopher De Rosa and his brother, Mike De Rosa.
He was preceded in death by brothers, John (Nello) De Rosa, Clemente De Rosa and Joseph De Rosa and his sister, Jenny O’Connor.
Tony received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He taught electrical shop at East Chicago Washington and was a proud member of the IBEW #697. Tony was a business owner of A&M Supply along with his brother, Mike De Rosa as well as the owner of several dry cleaners in Northwest Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held privately by the family at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, Crown Point, IN.
Tony will be laid to rest at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, IN.
