Frank P. Gadish, age 91, of Dyer, IN, passed away on January 13, 2026. He is survived by his daughter Karen (John) Gadish-George; grandchildren Kaitlin (Mason) Ohnemus and William George; sister Rose Solyum; and niece and nephew. Frank was preceded in death by his wife Joanne, son Michael Gadish, and parents Francis and Catherine Gadish.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Ave. in Crown Point, IN, from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 pm. Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Cemetery.
Frank was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marines. He served in the Korean War from 1953-1956. Frank dedicated at least thirty years of his life to work at DuPont Chemical as a millwright. He enjoyed bowling and golfing in his freetime. Frank was a dedicated member of Holy Trinity Hungarian Church in East Chicago, IN. Frank was a beloved dad and grandpa, and he will be greatly missed.
