Gene Flowers

Gene Flowers age 81, peacefully passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018. He is survived by wife of 61 years, Nannette; daughters, Jill (Kevin) Lawrence and Leigh Anne (Bruce) Fredbloom; grandchildren, Nick (Angela) Lawrence, Matt (Blaire) Lawrence, Rachel Lawrence and Ben Fredbloom, Preceded in death by his granddaughter, Emily Fredbloom. Gene was assistant principal and coach at TF South High School and retired as principal from Burnham Schools. Gene was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather and will truly be missed by all whose lives he touched. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 5:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, IN) with Pastor David Price officiating. Entombment to be held privately by the family.
