Harriet Gulick (nee Jazdzewski), age 61, of Calumet City, IL passed away Monday, December 9, 2013. She is survived by her loving husband, Michael of 40 years; one daughter, Samantha Gulick of Madison, WI; one sister, Anna (Terry) Weglewski of Crown Point, IN; one brother, Henry (Cheryl) Jazdzewski of Austin , TX; three nieces: Tina (Arlan) Reinstra, Lisa (Drew) Thurston and Anne Weglewski; and nephew, Michael Jazdzewski. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Ave., (one-half mile south of US 30) Schererville, IN with Rev. Patrick Lyons officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville. Friends are invited to meet with the family Wednesday, December 18, 2013 from 3:00- 9:00p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. Mrs. Gulick was formerly employed with the University of Chicago (Economics Department).
