Helen Andrews Wright

Helen Wright, age 86, transitioned to Heaven, after a short illness, on November 23, 2015. She is survived by her loving husband, William C. Wright (of Highland), after 62 years of a wonderful marriage. Helen’s entire life was devoted to her marriage and family. She was a faithful wife and mother. She sought to care for them first and foremost, above all else. All members of her family and friends, and neighbor she thought of as family were what she loved as loved anyone else. She had one daughter, Elizabeth Ann (also of Highland). They had a very precious love and friendship. They had a unique mother daughter relationship.

Helen’s was the daughter of the marriage of Constantine Andreanopoulos and Anna Magda. She has been met in Heaven by her brother John Andreanopoulos, and sister Rosalie Epright.

She is sadly missed by her family including sisters Mary Elaine Ross (St John In), Aurelia Popescu (Arizona), and sister in laws Georgia Andreanopoulos (Evansville In), Jenny Wright (Highland, IN), Maxine Wright (of Texas) and every one of her many nieces and nephews.

Helen loved friendship and keeping in constant touch with those she loved. She always had a happy smile and sweet personality and always thought good of everyone. She never thought ill of anyone and is an exemplification of how we should all live our lives. She loved bowling and her bowling friends. She enjoyed shopping and day trips. She enjoyed cooking and had been an excellent cook.

Helen thanks you for the love you all gave her which made her among the happiest of woman.

Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be on Friday, November 27, 2015, from 3:00pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 1:00pm. Both services will be in the chapel at Chapel Lawn.
