Janice M. Hay, age 58, passed away on February 20, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her parents, George and Irene Hay of Dyer, IN and sister, Carol (Steve) Goralczyk of Crown Point, IN.
Janice retired from Equity Office Management of Chicago. She was currently employed by Bogart-Smith Optometry. Janice was an avid reader and will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012, 11: 00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Ave, Schererville, IN)
Interment Private.
Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
