JERRY D. STIMAC SCHERERVILLE, IN Jerry D. Stimac, age 75 of Schererville, IN, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; three children: Steve, Sherri and Shawna; and 12 grandchildren: Alyssa, Stevano, Albari, Jahmilah, Phoenix, Ladijah, Symphony, Aurah, Arzel, Abraxas, Bryce and Brianna. Mr. Stimac was preceded in death by his parents: Mirko and Goldie Stimac. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 S. Cline Ave. (one half mile South of US 30) Schererville, IN with Rev. Bob Parnell officiating. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Mr. Stimac retired from Amtrak, with 25 years of service. Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry's loving memory to the American Heart Association .
