Jesse Gilman, Sr.

Jesse loved all animals and had a great sense of humor. He loved all animals, especially his feline favorites, Rak, Muffin, Biscuit, Pudder, and man's best friends, Sammy and Elway the dog, to name a few. His family will reminisce on how he always had them laughing and was funny all the time. He was a great teacher to his sons, and really liked fishing. Jesse didn't stand still for too long because he was always there when you needed him. His favorite past time was sipping on a Bacardi and Coke, while smoking a Camel cigarette. His love for his family, especially his mother, Eileen, will forever be missed.

He is survived by his four children, Jesse (Brooke) Gilman, Jr., Joe Gilman, Jenna (Cody) Seegers, and Jerica Gilman; the love of his life, Sylvia Soto; mother, Eileen Gilman; grandchildren, Kody, Alec, Blake, Lucas, and Cooper Gilman; siblings, Lonnie Gilman, Colleen (Late George) Novath, Dawn (Harold) Vanderway, and Scott (Yolanda) Gilman.

Jesse was preceded in death by his father, James W. Gilman; and sister, Nancy Casper.

Chapel Lawn Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements. Kindly respect the families wishes on having them take place privately.
