He was the beloved husband of the late Jean Nolan (nee Holmes) for 55 years and a loving father to Michael (Jane) Nolan and Mary Kruk. John cherished his role as a grandfather to Allison, Scott, and Madalyn Nolan. He dedicated over 30 years to his career at Standard Oil/BP and enjoyed a fulfilling retirement alongside his wife, spending many winters in Florida among cherished lifelong friends such as John and Melody.
A private burial will be held at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. John's legacy of courage, love, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
