Joyce A. Jessup(nee Elkins), age 72, of Crown Point, passed away May 23, 2010. She is survived by her husband Earle of 50 years; two sons: Douglas(Cindy) Jessup and Gregory(Julie) Jessup; grandchildren: Abigail, Gennifer, Nicholas, Jeremy, and Tiffany; two sisters: Betty Ogden and Jeanette(James) Cheek; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: Roy and Martha; sister: Unadine Kuykendall and brother: James Elkins. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Ave., Schererville, Indiana, with Pastor Bob Parnell officiating. Interment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 4-8 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. Joyce was retired from Member Source Credit Union as a manager/treasurer. Memorial donations may be made in Joyce’s honor to the American Cancer Society.
