On July 9, 1944 he was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Roy P. and Anna (Potter) Carlin. Also preceding him in death is his sister, Shirley Earl.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 52 years Patricia (Way) Carlin; also surviving are his children, Patricia (Ken) Eakins, Larry (Wendy) Carlin; three grandchildren, Kenneth III, Jesseann, Amber; siblings, Roy (Phyllis) Carlin, Delores (late Bob) Balandingham, Leta (Dan) Kelly, Bill Carlin, David (Robin) Carlin.
Mr. Carlin was a welder for IMCO in Crown Point. He was faithful member of Lake Hills Baptist Church. Lawrence was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
