She leaves behind her loving daughters, Tammy (Mike) Barber-Reedy, and Donna Barber-Koza; grandchildren, Kayla (Jeff) Humphrey, Jonathan Reedy, Mathew Reedy, and Tyler Reedy; siblings, David Johnson, and Richard Johnson; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Linda is welcomed into everlasting life by her husband, Gerald Barber; parents, Ernest and Ruth Johnson; sisters, Marcela Turpin, and Joyce Kendall; and brother, Robert Johnson.
Her family will forever remember Linda as an independent, strong, and loving individual. She doted on her grandkids, and enjoyed music and watching Western TV Shows. Linda will truly be missed.
A Public Visitation for Linda will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. A Funeral Service will begin at 6:15 PM, with Rev. Erika D. Brooks officiating.
