

His legacy lives on through his two children, Michael (Susan) Juarez and Stacy (Thomas) Austgen; and his three grandchildren, Morgan Juarez, Russell and Riana Berglund. He was the son of the late Rogerio and the late Dora Juarez. He was born April 18, 1946 in Rivera, Texas, the first of thirteen children.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Juarez; brothers, Roger, Peter, and Jose Juarez; and sisters, Helen Arcuri and Stella Juarez.
He leaves behind sisters, Juanita (Ann) Juarez, Anita (Ed) Repko, Susan Seisser, Natalie (Wendy) Juarez, Teresita Fogleman, and Gloria (Denise) Juarez; brother, Michael (Janet) Juarez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Manny was the operations manager at ABF Trucking Company, retiring in 2011 with over 30 years of dedicated service. He honorably served in the United States Army from 1964 to 1969 during the Vietnam War. He loved playing pool and listening to music, especially Motown. He also loved gardening and spending time with his German Shepherds, "Lady" and "Shakira".
As we say goodbye to Manny, we celebrate a life well lived. A life filled with love and unwavering commitment to family and friends. He will be missed, but forever remembered in our hearts.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 10:00 am until the time of his funeral at 1:00 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN 46307. He will be laid to rest at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
