Marla June Reed age 74, peacefully passed away on Monday, July 15, 2019.
She is survived by her children, Ann (Salvador) Vasquez and Randy (Jennifer) Reed; grandchildren, Marina Vasquez, Andi Vasquez, Jacob Reed and Megan Reed; sister, Harriet (Richard) Hucker; grand-pups, Chase and Mia Vasquez, Maggie Reed and grand-kitty, Momo Reed.
Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Andrew Reed.
Marla was born June 16, 1945 to the late Harry and Ann Davis and was a 1963 graduate of Dyer Central High School. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with outside activities and listening to all types of music. Mostly, Marla enjoyed spending time with her family and her fur-babies
Marla was a loving and kind daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother and will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, IN) with Rev. Mark Wilkins officiating.
Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, IN.
Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
