Nicole Marie Lopez

Nicole was born October 31, 1977 on a couch at her grandparents house in Gary, Indiana, and Halloween has never been the same, to Richard and Ruth Lopez who survive.

Also left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Nena Dezeray Lopez (Jacob Bielecki) and Adriana Lynn Mendez; siblings, Lisa (Kent) Lefner, Brian Lopez, Greg Lopez, and Kim Lopez; nieces and nephews, Stephanie (Alex) Vargas, Kristen Castor, Tiree and C.J. Jackson, Jasmine Gardner, and Alexis Lopez; and special friends.

Nicole worked for St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago for over 10 years. Everyone who met her, loved her. Nicole's bubbly personality, eternal optimism, free spirited, and self confidence will always be remembered. To know her is to love her, and never be shocked what she did or said. She loved her cats, and her want for "Dorothy the Duck'.

Private family services will be held. Chapel Lawn Funeral Home is in charges of arrangements.
