Pat was born April 28, 1938 in East Chicago, Indiana to the late Peter and Anna (Kocon) Wielgos. Also preceding her in death are seven brothers and sisters.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 48 years, Joseph Adam; her son, Brian (Sara) Adam; grandson Eli Adam; brothers, Leo (Carol) Wielgos, and Stan (Jackie) Wielgos, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, and BINGO. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 4-8 pm at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 S. Cline Ave. Schererville,IN) Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 11 am at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
