Patricia Elaine Patch Street

Patricia E. Street, age 78, of Crown Point, IN passed away peacefully on February 1, 2015, at St. Anthony Hospice with her loving family at her side. Pat was born December 7, 1936 in Melrose, MA to the late Austin and Zoa (Newhall) Patch. Also preceding in death are a brother Douglas Patch and a son-in-law Douglas Chryst. Survivors are her loving husband of 59 years, Edward Street; children: Karen Chryst, Kevin (Colleen) Street, Keith (Nicolette) Street and Kelly (Mike) Schwuchow; step- mother Betty Patch; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; sisters: Penelope (Gary) Penny, and Susan Jackson, brother Donald (Jackie) Patch; numerous nieces and nephews. Pat was an X-Ray Unit Director for St. Anthony Hospital for many years, recently she was with the Demotte Physicans. She was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church of Crown Point for twenty years. Pat loved to travel, especially with the love of her life, Ed to various destinations, and to their bridge club tournaments. She was a talented and avid gardener, and made beautiful arrangements for those she loved. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, and entertaining with a flair. Memorial services will be at First Presbyterian Church of Crown Point (218 S. Court Street, Crown Point, IN 46307) at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2015 with Rev. David Wood officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 12:30 p..m until time of the service. A private burial will be conducted at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
