Waiting for her in heaven are her father, Joe Adam; her mother, Jennie Adam; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Don Jamrosz and sister-in-law, Pat Adam.
Loved ones left behind are her loving and devoted husband of 54 years, James Yager; loving son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Lori Yager; brothers, Joe and Jimmy Adam; brother-in-law, Joey Yager; grandchildren, Lauren, Evan, and Kati; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pat (Mom) will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
