William "Bill" J. Figg, age 83, of St. John, IN, passed away on November 15, 2025. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Laurie; son, William "Bill" H. (Leslie) Figg; and daughter, Kenna (Mark) Tieri; four grandchildren, Olivia Figg, Jake Figg, Colby Tieri, and Nolan Tieri; brother-in-law, Jim (Linda) Gazdick; sister-in-law, Denise Gazdick; and niece, Jennifer Gazdick. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ora Figg.
Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Avenue, Crown Point, IN, from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at 2:00 P.M.
Bill retired from Inland Steel after thirty years of service. He was a proud Air Force Veteran, and active member of the American Legion Post 440 in Demotte.
