Alberta Mary Tracy

Alberta was born on September 20, 1924 in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of her father: Thomas J. Donahue and her mother: Maybelle Diehl.

She married Leonard S. Tracy Sr in St. Louis, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard on May 25, 1985 and her grandson Kevin Sims on November 2, 2011.

Alberta is survived by her son: Leonard S. (wife Sharon) Tracy Jr., of Ballwin, Missouri, daughter: Deborah (husband James) Smith of Plano, Texas, and daughter: Joan (husband Ray) Sims of Highland Village, Texas.

At the time of death she was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Alberta (Bert) will always be remembered for her wisdom and great sense of humor.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Septmeber 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, located at 5801 West Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas 75093.

A visitation will be held 30 minutes prior to the mass at Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri, where Alberta will be laid to rest with her husband Leonard.
