Kathi's " New Orleans Family" will never forget her, she is missed by many of her employees and tenants, God Bless Her !

Impossible still, to think of her as gone. A remarkable and kind Lady who was so very good to me.

Sending my condolences to Kathi's family and friends from Dublin. I didn't know her well, but I had a lot of respect for her and her work. I'm the daughter of a long-time tenant at Prestonwood Tower which she managed, and I worked in the building too.

Kathi was a Warrior in life. 

Her treasure was her family, friends and associates, not gold or silver.  She was fully devoted to those she loved and cared for.

For Kathi, perfection was not just a goal, it was the standard. Her spirit and zest for life and work will be missed. 

Thank you Kathl for the 3 years of collaboration and friendship. I will miss you.

Kathi was a dear Friend, going back to our high school days in Greenville, MS. I was stunned and deeply saddened to learn of her passing. She was a remarkable human being. I loved her. May her memory always be a blessing.

Kathi was a trailblazer in the property management world, she paved her own way through a once male dominated profession through sheer hard work, knowledge and dedication. She could manage multimillion dollar properties while simultaneously, raising an amazing son almost effortlessly, all by herself.
I first met her in 2013, I feel blessed to have worked for her for over 11 years, I got to know her family and how very proud she was of Clayton, as well as her sisters and their children. She was very wise and had a huge heart. She will be sorely missed not only as my manager, but as an amazing friend. 
Godspeed to you Kathi, as someone upstairs needed you to take over a new project!
Your “New Orleans” family sorely misses you!

Kathi was a mentor to me dating back to the BEI days, starting in 1988. She truly taught me the ropes in property management and I learned that excellence is the only way to do our job. She was tough, honest, fair and most importantly, a friend. 

After recruiting me to fill her position in Dallas because of her move to New Orleans, Kathi and I kept up and she invited me to visit. We had a blast going to Biloxi to gamble. The craps table was hot and we stayed all night!  We skulked home to NOLA in our night before clothes and giggled the whole way. It was such a fun adventure with her!

Above all though, Kathi loved being a boy mom to Clayton. We spoke often of our boys and the struggles and rewards of being single mothers. She loved Clayton like nothing I’ve ever seen.   She was so very proud of him  in every way.  I followed her advice on many occasions with my own son. 

I’ll miss you gal!  You were one of a kind!

I am glad of the few years we had together ,you were one Good Lady and will be deeply missed, My wife Candy and yourself had some Great Times You were one of a kind you know the old saying ‘ They broke the mold when they made you ‘ That was so true RIP MY FRIEND, Prayers for your family and friends. While they Grief 🙏🙏🙏
