Barbara Weber Huffman was born on March 13, 1958 in Irvington, New Jersey to Ralph and Joan Weber. Barbara departed this life September 11, 2014 at the age of 56. Barbara graduated Cum Laude from the University of Vermont May 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. After working in various hospitals in Boston, MA, she relocated to Dallas, TX where she met her husband Gregory Huffman. Together they have one daughter, Samantha Huffman. Barbara loved to travel the world which included trips to Russia, Greece, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe. She volunteered at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) assisting in the surgery recovery room for over 10 years. She was an avid horseback rider, and had one horse named Socks. Barbara is survived by her husband Greg and daughter Samantha.
