Cong Ngoc Pham was born in Vietnam on December 7, 1965. He is the child of Phuoc Pham and Buu Tran. Later in life he would marry his wife Phuong Le. He also would move to The United States of America and serve proudly in the Army. After serving in the Army, Cong found a job at the United States Post Office where he worked until his passing at the age of 45. Cong will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
