Dorothy “Dotty” Ann (Coleman) Neal 84 of Dallas, TX passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. Dotty was born in Shawnee, OK on January 5, 1937 to Zerl and Juanita Coleman. She graduated from Hillcrest High school and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from North Texas State University. After finishing at the University, Dotty worked at Mobile Pipeline in Dallas where she met Arthur Neal (1936-2000) at the company’s bowling league. They married in 1963 and settled in East Dallas after a short time in Los Angeles, CA. Dotty was active with the Parnassus Book Club in Farmers Branch and both the Presbyterian and Episcopal Churches. Later in life Dotty worked for the Environmental Protection Agency in Dallas. Dotty is survived by her son Steven and his wife Sarah, grandson David, nephews Clyde and Mark, and cousins Randy, Jason and Norma.
