Dorthy Lee Trusevich

Dorthy Lee Trusevich passed away on August 10, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband Theodor Trusevich. She leaves behind her twins Nina and Nikki, her sons Ted and Andrew, her daughter-in-law Debbie, her son-in law David and her nine grandchildren and one great granddaughter. She had a zest for life, a love of the arts, and a warm, compassionate nature. Dorthy had many talents. She sewed beautifully when her children were younger. She cooked international foods like a gourmet chef and was a skilled administrative assistant before her retirement from the Veterans Administration Hospital in Amarillo. She loved all animals, but especially dogs. She leaves behind her beloved Shih Tzu Mr. Pooh. She was a member of St. Sophia’s Ukrainian Church in The Colony and a member at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton church in Plano. She spent her final years at The Conservatory of Plano where she made many close friends, and the family would like to thank The Conservatory for all they did for her. The family would also like to thank Nurses Next Door Home Healthcare Services for their great care of Dorthy.
