Frederic “Fritz” Wagner Bell, age 89, passed away peacefully on February 7th in Frisco, Texas and went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Fritz was born on August 2, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Mildred Wagner Bell and Frederic George Bell.
