Hai Thanh Mai

Born in Hanoi, Vietnam, on February 24, 1970, Hai graduated with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and later earned a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Sydney. In 1994, he married Hoa Thi Nhu Tran, and together they built a loving family with two daughters.

A man of remarkable talent, Hai excelled in soccer, tennis, golf, and pickleball. His adventurous spirit led him to explore breathtaking destinations around the globe, including Fiji, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Greece, Australia, Thailand, and Singapore.

Hai was a devoted son, loving husband, supportive big brother, and caring father who always prioritized his family. Those fortunate enough to know Hai describe him as a beacon of optimism, hard work, and dependability, leaving a legacy of love and inspiration.

A visitation for Hai will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home, 7990 President George Bush, Dallas, TX 75252.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to assist with the services and their immediate needs.
