John Andrew Alsup, age 68, a resident of Plano, Texas, passed away on September 29, 2016 in Plano, Texas. He was born June 6, 1948 in San Antonio, Texas to E. Hershel and Frances Alsup.
John is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Alsup; his mother-in-law, Ruth Block; brother-in-law, Dr. Robert Block, his wife, Mary Jo and their two sons Peter Block and Michael Block.
John will always be remembered by his family and friends for his optimism, zest for life and great sense of humor. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
