Michael was born in Montgomery, Alabama on May 12th, 1944 to Alfred Trent and Charlene Trent (Sims). Mike graduated from Wichita State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Business in 1978.
Mike was married to Marilyn (Shirkey) Trent on August 18th, 1968. Mike had a career in human resources for the Army Air Force Exchange Service. He was a member of the AAFES of the North Texas Retirees Association and has a passion for the University of Texas sports, and was an avid golfer.
Michael is survived by his wife, Marilyn Trent, of Plano, TX; Chris Trent of South Bound Brook, NJ; Laurie Trent, of Surprise, AZ; Coty Trent of Surprise, AZ; and Alex Bodine of Surprise, AZ.
Funeral services will be held at a later date, that is to be determined, at the Arizona National Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona.
