He was born in Jamestown, NY on October 27th 1941 to Holger and Norma Lindorm. Bob leaves behind a wife, Barbara-Anne, of 48 years, 2 sons David “Charlie” Lindorm, 45 of Browns Mill, NJ. and Brian James Lindorm, 43 of Prosper, TX, 8 grandchildren, 1 great- grandchild and 2 more on the way.
Bob was the first in his family to graduate college and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fredonia. He spent most of his career in quality assurance but greatly enjoyed his retirement job as “Bus Driver Bob”.
Bob loved trains and planes. He held a pilot’s license for many years and enjoyed flying small planes.
He was a musician who sang for a time in the Plano Civic Chorus and in many places around Europe with his church choir.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday January 8th at 7pm at First Presbyterian Church of Richardson where he attended. The family is asking in lieu of flowers that a donation be made to First Presbyterian Church of Richardson.
