

She was born on October 3, 1944 in St. Louis, Missouri. Sharon loved meeting new people. She worked in hospitality at many venues that attracted international clients. Sharon loved to ask them "where are you from and how do you say "Thank You" in your language"? She could say thank you in about 30 different languages. Sharon loved animals and was particularly fond of rescuing cats. We always had 2 or more cats.
Sharon had a passion for music, particularly the blues. She played piano, and played at many senior centers and churches as a volunteer.
Sharon is survived by her husband, James Orella; sisters, Kristina Engberg Wells, Marcia Baeumner, and Peri Orlando. She was preceded in death by her mother, Edna Engberg, and father, Robert Engberg
