Erlinda was born in San Juan, Ilocos Sur Philippines to Alejandro and Inocencia Salamanca. She had five brothers and one sister. She lived in the area of Delano, California for over 21 years. She was married to Teofilo Arciaga and had four children. She worked as a farm laborer along with her husband for 16 years, and was a devoted mother to her children. She was known to be an excellent housewife and was treasured by her husband, children, grandchildren and many friends.
Erlinda is survived by daughters, Ednalyn Arciaga and Julie Tuvera, and sons, Simeon and Roland Arciaga. Four grandchildren five brothers, one sister, relatives and many friends.
She is preceded in death by Alejandro and Inocencia Salamanca, Gilbert and Joel Arciaga.
Pallbearers to include: Simeon Arciaga, Roland Arciaga, Luis Tuvera, Miguel Silva, Arsenio Rabanal, George Rabanal, Dominic Rabanal and Mike Collier.
