Jose R. Rodriguez was born in Visalia, California on July 20, 1981, to Jose R. Rodriguez and Guadalupe Medina. He grew up in Earlimart, California and graduated from Valley High. Jose joined the United States Navy the summer of July 1999 and worked as a Fireman and was stationed on the USS Coronado in San Diego. He married Maria on December 15, 1999. In 2002, he was baptized in the name of Jesus. After his military service, he then moved back to Delano to be closer to family and friends. His hobbies were to travel with his family and friends and make memories. He was a caring man and would help those in need whenever he could. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, son, uncle and friend.
Jose is survived by his wife Maria Rodriguez with 21 years of marriage, daughters Ivy Rodriguez, Sarah Rodriguez, and Emily Rodriguez and sons Evan Rodriguez, and Jose Rodriguez. Father, Jose R. Rodriguez, and Mother Maria Guadalupe Medina; Sisters Elizabeth Ontiveros and Guadalupe Rodriguez.
