Visitation will commence at Hixson-Snider Funeral Home in DeQuincy on Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 11:00AM until Christian Service at 2:00PM in the Chapel. Rev. Alvin D. Smith will officiate. Burial will follow at Rigmaiden Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Chester Foster and wife Dianna of Westlake; one daughter, Theresa Diaz de Leon and husband John of Friendswood, Texas; one sister, Pat Craft of Sulphur; four grandchildren, Justin, Meagan, and Madison Foster and Gabriel Diaz de Leon. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 28 years, Annette Brown Foster; parents, Henry A Foster and Hazel Ellender Foster; one brother, William Dennis "Big Bud" Foster; and one sister, Frankie Lee Barbery.
