Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Marilyn Nichols; and grandson, Kayden Vandergriff. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Jerry Brown; children, Trevor Brown (Melissa) of Sulphur, Louisiana, Shannon Landrum (Brian) of Moss Bluff, Louisiana, Gannon Green (Kristi) of Bandera, Texas, Colin Brown (Rita) of Ragley, Louisiana, Jeremy Brown of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Renee Vandergriff (Terrill) of Conroe, Texas; sister, Darlene Burnitt (John) of Magnolia, Texas; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; along with her loving church family.
