Gary "Gee" Lynn Fountain Jr.

Gary "Gee" Lynn Fountain Jr., 47, of Newton, Texas passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at his residence. He was born and raised in Hackberry, Louisiana on September 2, 1975. A loving father, son, husband, brother, and friend to all. He brought love, laughter, excitement, joy, and light to an otherwise dim world. He will truly be missed and never forgotten.

He is survived by his wife, Shelley Ann Fountain; father, Gary Fountain, Sr. (Tiffany) of Pennsylvania; children, Cody Fountain, Balie Beard, Melissa Swier, and C.J. Swier; siblings, Billy Fountain of Newton, Texas, Crystal Gray (Toby) of Sulphur, Louisiana; grandchildren, Lainey, Leah, and Izabella; two nieces and a nephew; uncles, aunts, cousins; along with numerous friends.

Gary is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Fountain; brother, Christopher Fountain; along with his grandparents.

A Celebration of Gary's life will be held at Hixson-Snider Funeral Home in DeQuincy, Louisiana on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 2:00 pm, with Hixson Celebrant Jody Barrilleaux. Visitation will be at Hixson-Snider Funeral Home on Saturday, beginning at 10:00 am until the time of the service.
