Lesta Pearl Martin

Lesta Pearl Martin, 72, of DeQuincy passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in a local hospital.

A lifelong resident of DeQuincy, she was a graduate of DeQuincy High School. She enjoyed working with plants and flowers. Lesta cleaned homes for many families over the years. She enjoyed visiting and never met a stranger.

She is survived by her brother, Ralph Martin of DeQuincy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luster and Berta Martin.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Thursday, January 31, 2019 in Hixson-Snider Funeral Home. Rev. Wayne Neyland will officiate. Burial will follow in Hyatt Cemetery of Fields.
