

Fields - Lucille Perry, 92, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 at a local hospital.
Mrs. Perry was born in Fields where she lived all of her life. She was a member of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Perry was an avid basketball fan of the Hyatt Bulldogs. She was a very strong lady, brought up in the Depression, a widow at a very young age with 4 children to raise, which she did a very good job at. She was a Jr. High Teacher at Hyatt School till her retirement and later did substitute teaching.
Survivors include her son, Burgess "Rusty" Perry of Missouri; daughters, Cindy Desonier of Sulphur, and Tina Mears & husband Randy of Fields; brother, Ward Cooper & wife Pat of Houston, Tx; Grandchildren, Stacy & husband Thad Little, Shawn Cooper & wife Monica, Jessica Perkins, Jennifer Crabtree, Christie Gore, Todd & wife Melecia Tucker, Brandi & husband Kenny Vidrine, and Alison Perry; great grandchildren, Torey & Tayt Little, McKenzie Cooper, Zaine Perkins, Bristol & Caden Crabtree, Kyndell Gore, Ashland & Gavin Tucker, Jacey & husband Michael Pickett, Mason, Logan & Makenna Vidrine, and Colt Perry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Burgess Jesse Perry; daughter, Carolyn Tucker & husband Robert, brothers, Paul Cooper & wife Grace and Ramsey Cooper & wife Myrtle.
Her funeral services will be at 11am Thursday, February 12, 2015 in Hixson Snider Funeral Home with Rev. Rod Boyer officiating. Burial will be in Perkins Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 11, from 4pm-7pm and resume on Wednesday at 8am until service time at the funeral home.
