Beverly J. (Becker) Wisniewski

Beverly J. (Becker) Wisniewski, 81, of Lansing, passed away March 3, 2016. She was born December 31, 1934 to Paul and Viola (Burke) Smith in Lansing. She grew up in Lansing, moved to Grand Rapids in 1971, and returned to Lansing in 2013. Beverly had a passion for gardening and was an excellent cook. She loved and cared for many.

Beverly was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Lou Pulver; and husband, Chester Wisniewski. Surviving to cherish her memory are daughter, Linda (Greg) Parkinson-Gray; son, Terry L. (Barbara) Becker; grandchildren, Ronald Parkinson, Chad (Sara) Parkinson, Lindsay Parkinson, Stephen Mursch; brother, John W. (Loreen) Smith; and special friend, Jack Thomas.

A funeral service will be held at noon on March 7, 2016 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, DeWitt Chapel with Reverend Wes Emerson officiating. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service. Beverly will be interred at Graceland Memorial Park, Grand Rapids, MI.
