Catherine "Cathy" Sue Cosper

Catherine "Cathy" Sue Cosper passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2026, in Lansing, Michigan. She was born on October 15, 1955, in Lansing, Michigan, to Therral Andress and Virginia (Douglas). Cathy graduated from Bath Schools, class of 1974. On January 22, 1983, she married Steve Cosper in Florida, and they have been married for 43 years.

Cathy is survived by her husband, Steve, her son, Christopher Cosper, and her daughter, Nicole (Chris) Price. She was a loving grandmother to Chris Jr., Remmington, and Memphis, and a devoted pet owner to her grand furbaby, Duke. Cathy is also survived by her sisters Terry Risch and Nancy Hanks, and her brothers Jim, Jerry, and Lynn. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, as well as her brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Mary Cosper, her sister-in-law, Judy, and her cherished furbaby, Kissie.

Cathy had a passion for sewing and knitting, creating beautiful items for her family and friends. She also loved riding motorcycles.

Cathy will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

The visitation will be Friday, January 16, 2026, from 11am until the funeral service at 1 pm at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home 900 E. Michigan Ave., MI. Interment will follow at Rose Cemetery, Bath Twp.
