Dennis Michael Chester

Dennis Michael Chester, age 75, of DeWitt, lost his long battle with Parkinson’s Disease on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. He peacefully passed away with his entire family by his side. Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Margie Chester; daughter, Laurie Kester (Timothy); son, Russell Chester (Susan); grandkids, Jessica McFarland (Alex), Megan Seelye (Chase), Nick Chester, and Lexie Chester. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sherrill Bahle. Dennis was a proud Combat Veteran who served in Vietnam from 1966-1967. He retired From OldsMobile after 33 years in Skilled trades Fixture repair. He loved to ride dirt bikes and take long road trips on his road bike with close friends and loved camping with his family. A celebration of life will be held at The Bath American Legion, 5480 Clark Rd., Bath Township, MI 48808 from 2-5 pm on March 19, 2023. In lieu of flowers please donate to The Parkinson’s Foundation.
