Johnathon John Strieter Singer

Born August 25, 1993, Johnathon went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 12, 2013 at the age of 20. He is survived by father, Daniel (Lisa) Singer; mother, Deb (Randy) Eddy; sister, Teagan Singer; step-sister, Elizabeth (Austin) Shinkle; step-brothers, Noah Verdeyen, Brendan Eddy; grandparents, Stan (Judy) Strieter, Dave (Yvonne) Singer; and soul mate, Lindsey O’Leary. John graduated from DeWitt High School in 2012. He enjoyed golf, basketball, snowboarding, and had a profound love for animals. John also had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. His family meant the world to him and spending time with friends and family were so important to him. John’s soul mate Lindsey was the love of his life. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Redeemer United Methodist Church, 13980 Schavey Road, DeWitt, MI at 3:00 p.m., with the Rev. Dr. Rodney J. Kalajainen officiating.
