Patricia "Pat" Rae Stanbury

Hubbard Lake, Michigan

Passed away May 9, 2015 at age 77. Pat was born in Nekoma, ND on April 2, 1938 to Joseph L. and Wanda M. (Anderson) Wilhelmi. She worked for many years at the Hubbard Lake General Store and volunteered at the local food pantry. Pat was a great Red Wings and Tigers fan, who rarely missed a game. She enjoyed being outside and watching the deer from her kitchen window. Pat also enjoyed bowling, playing cards with her friends, and crocheting. Her family loved her cooking, especially her delicious homemade biscuits and gravy. Most of all, Pat loved her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Douglas Stanbury. Surviving to cherish her memory are daughter, Annette (Chris) Tornga; sons, Craig Stanbury, Lynton Stanbury, Brent (Lisa) Stanbury; grandchildren, Betsy, Eric, Ethan, and Evan; great grandchildren, Zepelin and Vedalei; brothers, Lawrence (Peg) Wilhelmi, Roger (Nancy) Wilhelmi; sister, Susan (Gordon) Lampman; and several nieces and nephews. Pat will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A Memorial Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. onm Saturday, June 27, at Victor Township Hall, 6843 Alward Rd in Lanigsburg.
