Daniel Goss, 62, died on Saturday, June 15, 2013. Dan was a loving husband of 42 years and father. He was proud of his country and to have served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a radioman when the service still used Morse Code. Dan loved being outdoors near the beach and water. He was blessed with a fertile and creative mind, which he used throughout his life. Later in life, cooking was his passion. Dan loved having fun and will be dearly missed by anyone who was lucky enough to have known him. He is survived by his loving wife, Joy Goss; son, Brandon Goss; parents, Marilyn and Donald Goss; sister, Cynthia Joiner; brother, Charles Goss; and numerous relatives.
Memorial Gathering will be held at 11:00 a.m. until Prayer Service at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville.
