Florence Mae Falcon

Wednesday, July 3, 2024. She was a native of Brusly McCall, Louisiana.

She was such a kind, smart, and gentle person with a beautiful heart. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed feeding anyone who stopped by to visit. Her grandchildren said, “the best gift they ever received was their Mawmaw Flo’s recipe cookbook” which they can pass down to future generations. Florence was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt.

She is survived by her five children; Monica Capone (Chris), Scott Falcon (Lauren), Phyllis Falcon, Lois Falcon,and Myles Falcon (Sonia). Her nine grandchildren who were her heart and soul; Megan Falcon Sprayberry (Jeb), Ashley Falcon (Hannah), Clark Capone (Arianne), Roman Falcon (Karli), Allison Falcon (Lindsey), Adam Falcon (Samantha), Alayna Falcon, Blaire Falcon Tregre (Shaine), and Landon Falcon. Her four precious great grandchildren; Liam Capone, Meredith Falcon, Micah Falcon, and Grayson Capone. Her three sisters Sadie Ourso Holland, Dianne Ourso, Lauren Ourso and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Meredith Dee Falcon, her son Meredith Paul Falcon, parents Antoine (Tony) Ourso and Laura Fernandez Ourso. Two sisters; Bernice Ourso Cassard and Joyce Ourso Bankston and one brother; Antoine (T.J.) Ourso.
