She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her parents, Warren and Lacey Couch; two siblings, Cruz and Vivienne Couch; maternal grandmother, Kay Domingue; maternal grandfather, Sherman Blanchard (Annette); paternal grandparents, Wilson II and Nina Couch; godparents, Kristen Wagley (Garrett) and Wilson Couch III (Emily); aunts and uncles, Megan Alleman (Rocky), Christopher Couch (Ann), and Benjamin Couch (Stephanie).

Preceded in death by her grandfather, Michael Domingue.

A mass of christian burial for Hazel Kayte will be held Monday, March 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 119 LA-403, Paincourtville, Louisiana 70390. Following will be the interment at St. Jules Catholic Church Mausoleum, 7161 Highway 1, Belle Rose, Louisiana 70341.
