Keith Anthony Blanchard

Keith was a loving father and grandfather who adored his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed making memories fishing, laughing, or spending time with the ones he loved. You could often find him baking a special birthday cake or stirring a big pot of his unforgettable jambalaya. Keith worked in the Maritime Industry for over thirty years where he was known as "KAB". For over the last twenty years he has been employed by The Celtic Group.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his four children: Evy Rodrigue (Freddie), Kayli Blanchard (Michael), Alex Templet (Allen), and Dre' Blanchard; eight grandchildren, Carter Myers, Lily and Lola Cedotal, Audrey and Asher Templet, Aubrey, Liam, and Jaysen Rodrigue; the mother of his children, Deborah T. Blanchard; fiance' Cheryl S. Blanchard and one sister, Marilyn Gonzales.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James "Jimmy" and Alonia Blanchard and his brother, Mark Blanchard.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville, LA from 6pm until 10pm and will resume on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 8am until 10am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Jules Catholic Church in Belle Rose, LA at 11am conducting the Mass will be Fr. Andrew Merrick. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
